Some of the department has good work balance while others have no balance.
People are easy to get along with and very understanding.

Very last minute projects thrown at you on Friday at 4 pm to work on over the weekend.
Overused and a lot of micromanagement.
No clear goals as to what they are wanting to accomplish.
Absolutely no design process on long term goals. only thinking in the moment.
Management says they will get tools but when you actually show what tools you want they frown on it.
They want to know what you did exactly every day and minute and put it into a report.
Too much oversight and not enough Trust in the employee to get the work done.
They say one thing and never live up to the promise they have made.
