      Avantages

      Good location, easy to commute.

      Inconvénients

      Too much politics, only favourites or chaplus people promoted or given opportunities, few managers are unethical no sense of speaking onsite or offshore. Some managers give bad words and demoralize employees and coverup team extreme mistakes like bad words to females, onsite affairs etc. Disrespect to female employees. Personal grudges on team members no professionalism.
