Friendly service team. Knowledgable 2nd line team.

Inconvénients

Someone senior in the Project team always made terrible choices without consulting anyone and left it to service desk to clear up without any hand over. To save money 1st line/Service desk team members with no knowledge hired which made basic tasks a headache to clear up after. Service Desk management had the orgernisational skills of 1 year old child with 500 sheets of paper and a crayon with the memory skills of an gold fish who had been diagnosed with altzimers Information is not in CRM no matter how many times senior management swore blind it was Contracts offered specify 0 over time however you're expected to work out of hours. Leadership team are out of touch with reality and sit in their Ivey towers forgetting what actual hard work looks like and what managing actually takes Expect the Christmas party to be a training session after hours and full of fun client/customer services knowledge sharing. While exams are great and add to your portfolio don't you dare ask for training as this isn't provided and is expected to be done in your own time You won't be looked after they will expect everything of you but will never give anything back or even help out when you need it

Avantages

Travail à la maison. Excellent support technique et bons avantages.

Inconvénients

Formation minimale et demande ensuite la perfection. Moins d'emphase sur les problèmes de clientèle et souci obsessionnel de contrôler leurs systèmes téléphoniques.
