      Avantages

      My team was the glue that held myself and each other together. I loved them and they remain close friends.

      Inconvénients

      We had some moments with a regional manager that caused resignations and overall negative impacts to wellbeing but they have since left. KPI’S could be tough and sometimes the reality of the economy didn’t seem to be enough of a reason for higher ups to understand pull back in spend or IPC.

      Avantages

      The customer base was great to work with. Training was fairly simple and you got to learn many different sales techniques that let you progress further. You were taught a lot about the subject and during lockdown they took advantage of this and would have meetings via Teams so they could still pay us.

      Inconvénients

      Unfortunately there weren't many hours, meeting the quota on slow days in a coffee centric area was difficult and they mostly sold loose leaf. There were no benefits for part-time even if they ended up working full-time hours.
