      Avantages

      Training is good They try to keep in office days fun and interactive I have worked under some really amazing managers

      Inconvénients

      Micro management Will not accommodate leaves even for emergency reasons. They have a software which decides on which day leave can be granted based on business needs. The con is the level of emergency or the emotional well being is not considered.
