      Avantages

      The pay is good if you have no experience in the industry. But once you have worked in the industry for a couple of years the pay at td insurance competitive anymore

      Inconvénients

      Micromanaged work environment with every second of your day is accounted for. Lots of sales pressure with pushy and often aggressive sales techniques required by management
