      Avantages

      Very talented team of professionals, who are dedicated to providing world-class customer service. Strong management team, with diverse backgrounds.

      Inconvénients

      Since 2008 downturn, company portfolio has been reduced by 80%. Although this was the intention, it resulted in a significant reduction in staff. The team is now focused on providing Captive financing only, i.e., only Textron products. Nationwide operations reduced to located in Wichita, KS with only sales offices being world-wide.

      Avantages

      Change is always happening, so areas are constantly being reviewed. It’s either hit or miss with their impact. When changes happen, most are not shared appropriately.

      Inconvénients

      Problems are known to be moved around and not removed from the agency.
