Avantages
I was hired as food server in banquette department as part time employee. I would come in only to work for them only wen needed but when i lost my regular job some place else i had great experience transferring to different department. Process was simple and quick. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. When I started at beverage department as cocktail waitress i was excepted immediately by coworkers and management.
Inconvénients
Late shifts and sometimes long hours/overtime. I worked swing shift and it usually started at 6pm and shift would end at 2am. Sometimes shift would start at 7pm or 8pm and would end 3am or 4am. On holidays you had to be prepared to stay over and do 10-12 hour shifts.
