Working for tigra is like being stuck in a toxic relationship/family where, in theory, both parties should be on an equal footing. However, the employee ends up being underpaid for the work he does, working overtime, on multiple projects at once, under pressure from above, and being exploited in various ways while the company keeps saying "but we're family, we help each other", until the projects are finished and the person is no longer required, at which point the company fires him. I can't imagine what kind of family some people in the company came from, if that's what it means to be a family to them.
