Top management is probably corrupt Fiscally irresponsible, has spent 10s of millions of dollars on unnecessary 'infrastructure', headcount, parties, lots of 'sizzle, but no steak. No revenue to speak of. Overly optimistic sales projections that never happen. Just dumped over half their employees on their heads, no benefits, no severance pay, no advance notice, just a quick meeting and 'nice knowing you, good luck'.
