      Avantages

      Managers and coworkers are all easy going. Dont ask for too much from you, has easy hours to work, and you are compensated reasonably.

      Inconvénients

      No cons... This is actually a really great job to get into. They dont ask for too much of you.

      Avantages

      The team at TMPC take care of their contractors. They are a smaller contracting company so they don’t have the issues that come with the larger primes.

      Inconvénients

      Less benefits, no stock or dividends but that’s often the case with DOD contract work

      good coworkers, meaningful job, great client

      Inconvénients

      company seems to be coming apart, lots of leadership leaving, benefits change a lot, odd leadership communication, bad project reviews
