      Avantages

      high expectations of the employees (I consider this a good thing), no micro-management, casual work place (jeans and t-shirt kind of casual), company matching 401k, pretty social with frequent happy hours, unlike most CEOs/bosses--Todd is very approachable

      Inconvénients

      no health insurance, free parking is hard to find near the office in Rosslyn but if you pay for parking there's a garage under the building

      Avantages

      Its nice working with such a motivated team where you're not constantly being micromanaged. Casual workplace. There are ample opportunities to try new things and learn, which is important to me.

      Inconvénients

      No health insurance. Sometimes it can be extra challenging when there is a lot going on at once, but we work together and get it done.
