Sometimes you are not treated the way you wish with respect and admiration Lack of professionalism when it comes to staff personal matters They can let go of you anytime if they were financially not stable or at risk You will have a lot of clients to deal with which lead to a lack of efficiency, effectiveness and creativity They are vague and you will feel insecure about your job They do not provide professional capacity building pogrammes or training to staff The work environment is very stressful and not friendly at all as there is a lack of personal communication within the different team departments They are very difficult to negotiate over your rights especially when it comes to your end of service and gratuity They do not match the market salaries and the salaries they provide are a lot lower than the market margin They would rarely promote someone within the agency
