      Competitive salary, comfortable working enviroment, you will just need to follow procedure to complete your task

      Inconvénients

      No freedom during working hours, you can't take your phone during working hours to the office, lunch time will be timed, even toilet break will be timed as well. You can't aceess to anything during work so when you have completed your task, you will need to sit down and do nothing. If you're looking for something comfortable for your career life, this will be a great option for you, if you hope to have some challenges and big progression for your career life, this would be a great stepping stone for you

      Avantages

      All the OT you want, whenever you want. I easily do 6-10/hrs a week (can do up to 20), which adds another 20k to my income. With an option to be paid EVERY day. Tons of opportunities if you’re on the right LOB.

      Inconvénients

      It redefines “high call volume”. Expect back to back calls all day. They do schedule plenty of OFF phone time for regular meetings, coaching and training. If you enroll in one of their upskill programs, they give you 45min 2x a week to work toward the certification that you choose.
