If I wrote all the cons we would be here all day but these are just some of the things that happened. Micro managed they will write you constantly asking if your available even when your wrapping up the call . Not kid friendly They don’t care if your house burned down you better be on that call Equipment issues every single day and all they tell you to do is contact help desk . Once your in production don’t even think about asking a question they will tell you to look at the articles even though during training you were never taught how to do certain things. QA grades strictly . Will add things later like in my group they added a whole new client that we learned nothing about and the clients would get mad because we didn’t know how to help them or hang up because it took to long trying to find the answer . Oh and all the agents i started with their were people leaving everyday before I left it went from double digits to single digits in a matter of weeks. So apply at your own risk because there’s a reason why they hire so fast and why they are always hiring

Avantages

All the OT you want, whenever you want. I easily do 6-10/hrs a week (can do up to 20), which adds another 20k to my income. With an option to be paid EVERY day. Tons of opportunities if you’re on the right LOB.

Inconvénients

It redefines “high call volume”. Expect back to back calls all day. They do schedule plenty of OFF phone time for regular meetings, coaching and training. If you enroll in one of their upskill programs, they give you 45min 2x a week to work toward the certification that you choose.
