      Avantages

      Overall working environment is okay, Company with work life balance and compensation for night shift.

      Inconvénients

      This is not to the company but to those supervisor, There is politic, bullying and corrupted issue, there is no solid evidence cause all are verbal but we knew it exist but no one is brave enough to speak out loud and it's corrupted all the way so everyone thinks that it's useless even if we speak up. And there is big issue in the referral system. Those who referred others yet to get their incentive even after the referred person had passed probation.

      Avantages

      All the OT you want, whenever you want. I easily do 6-10/hrs a week (can do up to 20), which adds another 20k to my income. With an option to be paid EVERY day. Tons of opportunities if you’re on the right LOB.

      Inconvénients

      It redefines “high call volume”. Expect back to back calls all day. They do schedule plenty of OFF phone time for regular meetings, coaching and training. If you enroll in one of their upskill programs, they give you 45min 2x a week to work toward the certification that you choose.
