Avantages

The company has potential if they get out of their own way and look in the mirror.

Inconvénients

There is significant misalignment at the leadership level which is so disappointing. Clear expectations are not consistently established, and strategic priorities often shift without communication. It is a common occurrence for many to disregard prescheduled meetings and not show up which delays us in getting anything done. There is no respect for people's time. Departments operate in silos, and cross-functional partnership is limited and unclear. Communication is one of the biggest challenges. Decisions are made without transparency, and responses from key counterparts can be delayed or nonexistent, which slows execution and creates unnecessary friction. Financial decision-making can feel reactive rather than strategic, and resource planning does not always align with project realities. This places pressure on teams who are expected to deliver without the structure, systems, or support needed to succeed. In several areas, the wrong leaders appear to be in place for the stage of growth the company is in. Scaling an organization requires operational discipline, clear governance, and strong communication — all of which currently need improvement.
