      Avantages

      The people were amazing that I worked with. The benefits were good including company match on 401k. Hours varied per project but were reasonable. Good pay for area I live in.

      Inconvénients

      The Management and Clients we worked for were awful. I received no performance reviews, however I was held accountable for failures due to no direction or assistance from my senior managers. It is a great place to work for someone out of school or someone needing additional money, however it is not a place if you are looking for job security.

      Avantages

      Worked at home. All equipment was sent to me. Awesome managers and employees.

      Inconvénients

      Computer messed up a lot. I had to call IT to fix it a lot. Had to meet your goal every month or you would get wrote up.
