Avantages

Nothing maybe meeting some new friends thats about it.

Inconvénients

you bonuses depend on your handle time. The computers are so slow and outdated that there is no way u can have a good handle time. And the client makes it harder when u have to handle unlimited claims

Avantages

Worked at home. All equipment was sent to me. Awesome managers and employees.

Inconvénients

Computer messed up a lot. I had to call IT to fix it a lot. Had to meet your goal every month or you would get wrote up.
