Frequent in-depth, formal appraisals, every 6 months and at the end of each project (when performance is not at par, a heads-up appraisal is done ad-hoc). Promotion and remuneration are tied to these performance reviews. Work-life balance way better than usual management consulting firms (e.g. almost no weekend work).
