Not really. Only Con would be working fully remote, which I think they've solved for good with a hybrid model now.

1. The people are fantastic and they create a safe and friendly environment with zero unnecessary bureaucracy and politics. The perks and flexibility of the job are great too. 2. The work assigned, even to freshers is very engaging and interesting. Working on features that end up impacting several customers gives great exposure to the development process and accelerates the growth of skills.

The work does get a bit hectic at times since the team is lean, so it helps to be passionate about the work.
