The management is supportive especially the HR team, and despite me leaving in a short time, they provided their full support and gave me a lovely farewell. -No pressure from management as long as you are performing your task on time.
-You are allowed to make mistakes but make sure you correct it.
Inconvénients
- Lack of highly experienced people, but it works in favor as you get to deal with work-related queries on your own.
- Recently they adopted a strict 9 hours routine, but that's fair enough.
