A bit all over the place Salaries are low even though you are working around the clock often Lack of internal progression and more interest in poaching from competitors One rule for some and another rule for others (swedes are favoured) Terrible response to covid 19 (laid off the sales team, refused them furlough, kept their commission pay outs and continued to search for other new hires) Leadership can be unprofessional at times
