      Avantages

      1) Best work culture and ethics for any employee. 2) Company is Brand having most popular customer. But still higher level authorities don't hesitate or don't avoid to helping bottom level employees whenever help is asked. 3) Other Reimbursement facilities are too good.

      Avantages

      They have outstanding professional services technicians and site mangers. It was always a comfort to know that my accounts would be well taken care of.

      Inconvénients

      The company's management tried to hard to convince themselves and the team that their CRM suite was better than the best competitor in the space. They never really felt confident they had a chance to compete so they chose instead to play down the other vendor product. I happened to know the truth was the other product was far superior because I worked for them.
