Avantages

- The ground staff (excluding management) are generally competent, cooperative, and easy to work with. - The product is okay - while it isn’t best-in-class, it delivers and meets expectations. - Leave policies are reasonable and employee-friendly.

Inconvénients

- Senior leadership operates with inflated egos, and survival often depends on constant flattery rather than competence. - Hiring and firing decisions are heavily influenced by office politics rather than performance. - Managers function as mouthpieces for leadership, with little autonomy or understanding of their actual responsibilities. - While dissatisfaction with leadership is widespread, it remains unspoken, any form of dissent is met with immediate termination.

Avantages

Leadership is no nonsense and doesn't buy into the 'growth at all costs' mantra that plagues many other tech companies at our stage. The product is great and is ever evolving. No one is above pitching in to help out on projects or when issues arise. Genuinely great team. True belief in work/life balance exemplified by leadership.

Inconvénients

The product is quite technical. We are globally dispersed to trying to coordinate between timezones for answers or internal meetings can be tough.
