      Talview is not in any form of financial crisis and is being cautious like many other organizations in the current market conditions. We have given an average of 75% variable pay in the last quarter. We have created multiple avenues to ensure communication cascade is done in a methodical manner and not left to ambiguity.

      Good salary and benefits. Most of the people are pleasant to work with.

      There are a lot of AI hiring platforms in the space. Most of the team is in India and causes delays in communication.
