      Avantages

      They do pay well and they are growing.

      Inconvénients

      Can't trust anyone, culture is churn and burn and management will say anything to make a sale leaving the staff to cover for them.

      Remote work. Products are generally well received by prospects.

      Inconvénients

      Huge churn of clients in recent years. ELT churn within last 18/mo. Sales leadership is toxic and not meeting quotas. PE is tightening the screws and the CFO and outside consultant are defacto leaders of company.
