Her self dabba continuous in all the posts :) 1) Changing the salary accounts from BOI to ICICIC – Does it makes much difference? 2) Monthly Salary Payslips – We used to receive the payslips soon after the next day of salaries – But now? 3) Previously internal references were considered for any openings. Quality people were in – Now, people rejected in Tech Rounds are on boarding. Why? Because of Monster personal recruitment agency? 4) Company Branded gifts are TOP management decision – What Monster did here? 5) Frequent outings - Once in a year is called Frequent? - These outings are Monster decision? 6) Festival celebrations – Yes, because of other teams, not by HR. We have basics benefits - Not Rich employee benefits - Food coupons? Cab Service? Paid Leaves? Genuine Health insurance Coverage? Life Insurance? Vacation (LTA)? Considerable PF? Extra work hours reward? Comp-off Policy for weekends? Technical Skill Training? Job security? and many more..
