Avantages
I worked for this company for many years and the company was very good in the initial days when the CTO was heading the company. If one has to mention the good in the company, its only their CTO and the framework they have.
Inconvénients
They dont value their employees and the people sitting in Singapore don't understand anything. The biggest misfortune is that people for whom it took almost one year for them to understand the difference between product and framework are the ones who head the company. The CEO is the biggest back stabber and one should never believe in him. he talks very sweet but one shouldn't fall prey for his sweet talk and the only job he knows is selling companies. Rumors were rife that they were going to sell the company very quickly. They have terminated almost 20 resources just like a piece of trash without giving any reason. Its no wonder if so many resources are quitting the company.
