      Avantages

      Great work environment with interesting projects to work on while having the opportunity to be exposed to the retail industry.

      Inconvénients

      Was initially unsure about the headquarters location (Minneapolis, MN) having never been there before but found the city to have a lot of offer.

      -Pay Range $90-$120K -Schedule= every other weekend off

      Inconvénients

      -Don't have Career development program to teach & allow employees to promote within the company. -Company waste costing $= Signage, resetting constantly VMGs/Planograms & Leadership ownership of areas/work unbalanced
