      Constantly changing environment, work with a lot of different people, great resources.

      Inconvénients

      Promotion and annual review process very political, obviously with retail - nights and weekends.

      -Pay Range $90-$120K -Schedule= every other weekend off

      Inconvénients

      -Don't have Career development program to teach & allow employees to promote within the company. -Company waste costing $= Signage, resetting constantly VMGs/Planograms & Leadership ownership of areas/work unbalanced
