      It's a great place to start and it's always welcoming to new people. You really feel like they're looking out for you and want to cultivate your development. They encourage feedback and appreciate hard work.

      Inconvénients

      You get what you put into it. If you aren't going in with the right positive attitude you're going to have a more difficult time.

      -Pay Range $90-$120K -Schedule= every other weekend off

      Inconvénients

      -Don't have Career development program to teach & allow employees to promote within the company. -Company waste costing $= Signage, resetting constantly VMGs/Planograms & Leadership ownership of areas/work unbalanced
