      Avantages

      Pros: -salary was decent -every other weekend off -great human resources training -teaches you how to accomplish a lot with very litte -you gain skills that make you very profitable in other retail environments

      Inconvénients

      -NO work life balance -senior management not understanding -resources not properly allocated to all parts of the building -feedback was not constructive -favorites game for promotion
