      Avantages

      Co-workers are friendly, management is reasonable, plenty of opportunity for movement and promotion.

      Inconvénients

      Can be political, co-workers don't always understand my job responsibilities. Sometimes seem like co-workers don't care as much as they can.

      -Pay Range $90-$120K -Schedule= every other weekend off

      Inconvénients

      -Don't have Career development program to teach & allow employees to promote within the company. -Company waste costing $= Signage, resetting constantly VMGs/Planograms & Leadership ownership of areas/work unbalanced
