      Inconvénients

      No work-life balance They say you average around 40 hours a week, but it turns into more like 60 Working weekends, nights, and holidays

      -Pay Range $90-$120K -Schedule= every other weekend off

      Inconvénients

      -Don't have Career development program to teach & allow employees to promote within the company. -Company waste costing $= Signage, resetting constantly VMGs/Planograms & Leadership ownership of areas/work unbalanced
