      Avantages

      The culture is great -- professional, but also promotes a healthy work-life balance and personal wellness.

      Inconvénients

      So many of the policies and business processes are lifted from the US. There is this view that things should be done the same.

      -Pay Range $90-$120K -Schedule= every other weekend off

      Inconvénients

      -Don't have Career development program to teach & allow employees to promote within the company. -Company waste costing $= Signage, resetting constantly VMGs/Planograms & Leadership ownership of areas/work unbalanced
