Avantages
Typically great go-workers, good communication between management and team, lots of store perks and employee recognition, and working there for a while builds a great work relationship
Inconvénients
As in every retail job, the workload fluctuates dramatically from a dead crawl to overwhelming and on days when you're scheduled by yourself, it can be a bit much. In my particular target, all the senior managers are given their own stores every two years, so on a two year rotation, new managers come in without a clue of how our store operates.
