Avantages
flexible working shifts (not by choice though) days off during the week (but have to work weekends) though does make it easier for doctor appointments and such.
Inconvénients
lack of support from senior management popularity contest to be treated with respect as a lower level mgr, i could not give a warning to anyone because they would complain to HR and they would overrule anything
