      Avantages

      Benifit package is good. Overall the team is good to work with.

      Inconvénients

      Culture is lead by the Store Leader, if they are poor leaders the overall store and team suffers. Very difficult to lead under poor leadership.

      -Pay Range $90-$120K -Schedule= every other weekend off

      Inconvénients

      -Don't have Career development program to teach & allow employees to promote within the company. -Company waste costing $= Signage, resetting constantly VMGs/Planograms & Leadership ownership of areas/work unbalanced
