      *Company standards with limited resources *Work/life balance: Executives are expected to work at least 10 hours a day and often times do not get time for lunch *High turnover of managers *Executives (salary) often pick up the slack for hourly employees in order to make payroll-:often times find yourself throwing trash in compactor, ringing on registers, folding clothes. Not leading or managing a team

      -Pay Range $90-$120K -Schedule= every other weekend off

      Inconvénients

      -Don't have Career development program to teach & allow employees to promote within the company. -Company waste costing $= Signage, resetting constantly VMGs/Planograms & Leadership ownership of areas/work unbalanced
