Avantages
Target invests in its team members, whether they be full-time or part-time. Opportunities for lateral transitioning are ever present, and the tools that Target's HR department have access to are seemingly limitless. Their wages are competitive, and allow a team member to get back what they put in over the long-term.
Inconvénients
As with most retail, it is nearly impossible to begin with full-time work. It is a reality that full-time employment must be earned, and not given.
