      Avantages

      There is a 10% discount to employees. They pay you. I don't think that I can come up with too much more.

      Inconvénients

      You only get the 10% discount if you pay with cash or get a Target Credit Card which I didn't want to get.

      -Pay Range $90-$120K -Schedule= every other weekend off

      Inconvénients

      -Don't have Career development program to teach & allow employees to promote within the company. -Company waste costing $= Signage, resetting constantly VMGs/Planograms & Leadership ownership of areas/work unbalanced
