Avantages
Good work environment, Not overly exerting, good starting wage, supervisors and shop managers are smart and kind.
Inconvénients
Upper management favors people who are butt kissers, no room for inside growth, HR is by far the worst I've seen, wages are indicative of experience or skill, training is more of a learn as you go style as opposed to learning it at once. The wages skilled people receive should be higher. Their value to the operation of TFT is worth much more than a few dollars.
