The way the company took care of their team mates, especially during natural calamities, including the employee's immediate family and pets.
Inconvénients
Low Basic Salary compared to other top BPOs, including low incentive scheme plan. Meal quality - While free, the quality and cleanliness of the food have been criticized by some employees. Cascading of schedule models and transitioning to new shifts seemed "too rushed". I believe that effective change management requires transparency, adequate notice, especially for shift changes (at least 1-2 weeks notice).
