Not a good company, Doesnt respect Tata company values - Avis employé SAP Consultant Tata Technologies

Lot of cons - Very small company, not a market leader in any of the IT area, just surviving in the market, no big projects. On top of it worst backend support team - be it HR, Taxation, PF Dept, Management team is worst. If company has to grow then existing management team in India should be completely replaced who sitting since many years in top positions, doing nothing and just waiting to get retired.
