Avantages
- Having been at the company for over two years, I've found a lot of opportunity for professional growth with smart, helpful mentors who genuinely care about my interests and career trajectory. - Not just the mentors - everyone I've worked with here has been kind and whipsmart. I find myself learning something new from everyone I encounter. - The office is fast-paced and driven, which has prompted me to challenge myself and grow. Seeing my colleagues' dedication to their jobs and to the company is really inspiring. - Working one-on-one with the founder has been one of the most challenging and rewarding experiences I've encounter. I walk away from every conversation with her having learned something new. - I had an injury a few months ago that has led to a slew of doctor's appointments, checkups, specialists, etc. and everyone in the office has been flexible and accommodating of my slightly irregular hours. - Location of the office is great - Whole Foods and Starbucks nearby, along with some nice restaurants and more parking than most places in SF.
Inconvénients
- Not like a stereotypical startup - no ping pong tables, catered lunches, etc. All the energy and drive of a startup but an office of a more established company. Not an issue for me but something to be aware of. - Office is getting a little crowded
