      As it is a European organization that is part of the YNV Group, it could offer competitive compensation.

      Inconvénients

      Hire-and-fire culture is quite common, and managers alone have the authority to initiate resignation on an employee’s behalf, which can sometimes lead to difficult situations.

      Avantages

      The paychecks don't bounce, at least as far as I experienced. You'll never ever have time to be bored, if you could call it that.

      Inconvénients

      Completely toxic work environment, through and through. Ignores requests for Disability accomodations, uses the information gleaned from that process to institute write-ups. PIPs are their favorite tool ever, beside death from overwork.
