      None - it could have been interesting

      Inconvénients

      Management has 30years to actually catch up to today's thinking, and then they will need to work on the future. If you appreciate the workhouses or the mills of yore, then stand in line...Oh wait there isnt a line...accept to get out. Salary is not possible to live on. Motivation and development depends on which clique you get yourself into. Systems are a joke...

      Avantages

      The paychecks don't bounce, at least as far as I experienced. You'll never ever have time to be bored, if you could call it that.

      Inconvénients

      Completely toxic work environment, through and through. Ignores requests for Disability accomodations, uses the information gleaned from that process to institute write-ups. PIPs are their favorite tool ever, beside death from overwork.
