Avantages

Repetitive enough to not to be a boring job but not so constantly changing that you can't get a hang of the processes. The people are great. Communication through departments is getting much better.

Inconvénients

They pay you enough so you don't qualify for health care but don't have good enough benefits to afford benefits for a family.

Avantages

The paychecks don't bounce, at least as far as I experienced. You'll never ever have time to be bored, if you could call it that.

Inconvénients

Completely toxic work environment, through and through. Ignores requests for Disability accomodations, uses the information gleaned from that process to institute write-ups. PIPs are their favorite tool ever, beside death from overwork.
