They will fire you out of nowhere. I was informed by multiple managers that I was performing well and to keep it up but then a week later I was let go for not performing well enough by HR.
There was a pay raise for new hires but not for employees that were there before the raise to 18hr across the board.
Metrics is what drives performance.
If you are in the military as a reservist or national guard be weary of applying here as they do not have your interest and will lie to you that they support you and your duties.
As I was activated in an emergency, I came back and was fired for not meeting the metrics, but from what other friends have told me and from what I have seen they seemed to not follow the metrics that they supposedly fired me for. I was also informed by multiple managers that I was performing well and to keep doing what I am doing, with one manager even telling me that I was performing the best in my team. HR informed me that it was due to me being the worst in metrics and totally not because of being in the military, it was just a coincidence that I was fired upon my return for low performance. This was out of the blue as I was not informed by anyone in my team leadership of my supposed bad performance.
